How to Get the G35 to Work on PS3

Unfortunately, the Sony PlayStation 3 does not currently support audio output through the USB. If you connect a Logitech G35 headset to the PS3, because the Logitech G35 uses a USB connection, you will only be able to get the headset to work with the PS3̵7;s in-game chatting feature. You will not be able to hear the sound of the game through the headset.

Instructions

      Plug the G35̵7;s USB cable into one of the USB ports on the PS3.

      Navigate to ̶0;Settings,̶1; ̶0;Accessory Settings,̶1; then ̶0;Audio Device Settings̶1; in the PS3̵7;s Xross Media Bar.

      Select the Logitech headset USB device under ̶0;Input Device.̶1; Highlight and select ̶0;OK.̶1;

      Select the Logitech headset USB device under ̶0;Output Device.̶1; Highlight and select ̶0;OK.̶1;
