How to Make Eboots for PS3

Eboot games are games from the PlayStation portable that are converted so that they are playable on the PS3. Eboots can be a convenient option if you have both consoles and don't want to spend the money purchasing more games, as the costs can add up. As long as you don't sell the Eboot, you can use it to play your PSP games on your PS3.

Saved ISO of game or game disc

  Launch your computer's Web browser and navigate to http://dl.qj.net/psp/tools-utilities-on-pc/psx2psp-v142.html. Click the "Psx2psp" and download the file to your desktop. Double-click the download to install it onto your computer.

  Launch "Psx2psp" and click the "Convert" menu at the bottom of the screen.

  Click the button next to "ISO/PBP File 1." Select the PS3 game you want to make an Eboot from and click "OK."

  Click "Output PBP Folder." Select a location to store your Eboot file. Type a name for your Eboot and click "OK."

  Click "Convert" to create the Eboot file.
