How to Check to See If a Disc Is Stuck in a PS3?

     Press the disc eject button located on the front of the PlayStation 3 to see if the disc will eject as it normally should.

     Press and hold the eject button down for 10 seconds to use the PlayStation 3's "Force Eject" feature. This causes the system to force-eject the disc.

     Unplug the PlayStation 3 from its power supply, wait 10 seconds, and then plug it back in.
