How to Connect Rocketfish to PS3

The Rocketfish brand Bluetooth headset is specifically designed to work the PlayStation 3 (PS3) gaming system. This Bluetooth headset allows you to wirelessly connect with PS3 and communicate with other remote game players. The Rocketfish headset is made to offer up to eight hours of talk time and up to 160 hours of standby time. The basic process of connecting, also know as pairing, the Rocketfish headset to the PS3 is built in to the device's functionality.

  Press the "Power/Send/End" button to turn the headset on.

  Press the "Power" button on the PS3 to turn the gaming system on; then press the "Menu" button on the game controller to open the Main menu on the television screen.

  Use the "Up/Down" arrow buttons to scroll through the main menu to "Settings," "Accessory Settings," then "Manage Bluetooth Device."

  Press and hold the "Power/Send/End" button on the headset until the headset beeps and the indicator light flashes red and blue.

  Select "Yes" on the PS3 menu screen; then select "Start Scanning." The Rocketfish headset will appear in the Bluetooth listing on the television screen as "SX-919i." Highlight it in the list; then press the "Enter" button to confirm the selection.

  Enter "0000" as the passkey; then select "Start" and "OK" to confirm the connection.
