"Dragon Ball: Raging Blast" is a fighting game based on the famous anime "Dragon Ball Z" created by Akira Toriyama. Broly is an antagonist. "Raging Blast" features a large cast of characters, even imaginary ones that weren't featured in the show. Broly never achieves Super Saiyan 3, a transformation particular to the saiyan race in the show. The video game allows you to see what it would have been like. Broly is unlocked by completing the freedom mission in what-if stories.

Collect 20 stars. Stars are obtained by completing the mission in each stage. Revisit old stages and missions in game to collect more stars.

After unlocking Broly, buy Secret Battle 39, also known as the Legendary Super Saiyan Saga, for 20 stars.
