How to Install an XMB Theme

The PlayStation 3 features a navigation menu known as the XrossMediaBar (XMB) which categorizes the many functions of the PlayStation 3 along an X and Y axis. Moving left and right allows you to select from the basic function categories, such as video, games, music and online features. Up and down cycles through specific files, programs and actions under those categories. The XrossMediaBar can be customized using themes, which change the XMB icons and background of the PlayStation menu. These themes can either be purchased from the PlayStation Store or downloaded from the internet.
