How to Make a Clan Signature for PS3

If you're a member of a clan on the PlayStation Network you should consider putting a signature inside your user name. This immediately tells everyone else that you play against that you're a part of a specific clan and that an attack on you is equal to an attack on the group as a whole. You can make a clan signature by editing your user name in the PlayStation 3's settings application.

      Turn on your PlayStation 3.

      Choose "PlayStation Network."

      Open the "Account Management" option. Select the button reading "Name."

      Input your clan tag before your actual user name using the PlayStation 3's virtual keyboard. If your clan is named "Clan1," for example, you would type "Clan1" followed by a space followed by your actual user name.

      Press the "Circle" button on your controller to save the addition of your clan signature and return to the previous menu.
