Click on "Accessories" and select the "Command Prompt" program. Type "ipconfig" into the text box at the bottom of the Command Prompt program and press "Enter" on your keyboard.
Search through the list of system results and make a note of your "Default Gateway."
Open up an Internet browser and type the Default Gateway into the address bar. Enter the username and password at the router login screen. Most routers will have both password and username as "admin."
Select the "Advanced Settings" or "Advanced Network." Tick the box next to "Enable UPnP" and click on the "Save" button. Reset your router. Wait 30 seconds and then turn on your PS3. This will fix the network problem on your PS3.
