There are a few specific things you can try to make your 2Wire brand wireless router run faster in association with your PlayStation 3. The faster the Internet connection, the faster your online games will run.   Type "192.168.1.254" into your Web browser. Press "Enter" to load your 2Wire router's settings page. If you have assigned a password to this page, enter the password into the box on screen. This password will have been manually set by the user, which means you should know it. Select the "Wireless" settings icon and make sure "uPnP" is enabled. This is a feature that allows the router to more effectively communicate with consoles like the PlayStation 3.
