How to Kill Syl in Oblivion for the PS3

In the "Shivering Isles" expansion pack to "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion," you are eventually required to become the Duke of Mania or the Duke of Dementia. If you elect to become the Duke of Dementia, you must kill Syl, the Bosmer Duchess of Dementia. You must fight two of her Dark Seducer guards at the same time, but ignore them and concentrate on Syl. Defeating Syl requires the same tactics used to defeat any enemy in the game.

Instructions

  Equip your best armor and weapons, like Daedric- or Glass-type.

  Follow the marker on your in-game map to Xirethard, where Syl is hiding.

  Block with your shield whenever Syl swings her weapon.
- 4
  Attack with your weapon after successfully blocking each of Syl's attacks.

  Use any health potions if your health bar, located in the lower left-hand corner, is low.
- 6
  Attack Syl until she collapses, indicating you have killed her. Kill the Dark Seducers using the same block and attack technique.
