How to Change the Internet Signal on a PS3

The PlayStation 3 (PS3) has a built-in wireless receiver that can connect to a Wi-Fi home network in order to access the Internet. You can change the signal (i.e., the network) that the PS3 receives by choosing a different Wi-Fi signal that could provide a stronger or more stable connection. The procedure involves the settings built into the PS3's operating system and as such, no software program needs to be running. The signal can be changed back later if desired.
