Open up your Internet browser and download the required driver from one of the links in the Resources section.
Open the downloaded driver location and right-click on the file with your mouse. Select "Extract To..." and choose a folder to save the file in. Double-click on the extracted file to install the driver on your computer.
Use the cable that came with your EyeToy to plug it into an empty USB slot on your computer. On a laptop computer, USB slots are usually on the side or rear. On a desktop computer, they are usually on the front and rear.
Click the "Start" button on your Windows taskbar and select "Control Panel."
Select "Hardware and Sound" and then choose "Device Manager." Locate the PS3 EyeToy listed within the devices, right-click it and select "Update Driver."
Select the option "I will find myself..." and search through your files to find the EyeToy driver you installed earlier. Click the "Finish" button once completed. Restart your computer and you will now be able to use the EyeToy on your PC.
