How to Put People in Motion on Madden 10

"Madden 2010" is a sports video game set inside the wide world of the National Football League. Players can control their favorite teams and attempt to make a Super Bowl run against every other team in the league. Putting a player in motion refers to a character that moves either right before or right as the ball is snapped. Just like in real-life game, you can set certain players into motion by performing a very specific action.

Instructions

  Select a passing offensive play from the digital playbook on screen. A diagram of the play is on screen. Select the play by pressing the listed button. For example, if you want to select the play with the tiny square next to it, press the Square button on your controller.

  Use the directional stick on your PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 or Nintendo Wii controller to highlight the receiver you want to put into motion on the field. The receiver will be one of the players on the line of scrimmage.

  Press the B button on your Wii controller to put the receiver into motion. Press the Circle button on the PlayStation 3 controller to accomplish the same thing. Press the B button to put the receiver in motion if you're playing on the Xbox 360.

  Press the A button on a Wii controller to snap the ball and begin a play. Press X on a PlayStation 3 controller to snap the ball and press A on an Xbox 360 controller to snap the ball.
