How to Get Ninja Dual Stance in Way of the Samurai 3

Way of the Samurai 3 is an action-adventure video game for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It takes place during Japan's Sengoku period, when samurai warriors were relatively commonplace. The game takes the player through the life of a rogue samurai, who must battle to protect his life and country from a despotic leader. Throughout the game, players can equip their character with a wide array of weapons and armor in order to increase their effectiveness in battle. To use some items though, such as dual-wielded weapons, players must first earn sufficient Samurai points to unlock the ability.

Instructions

  Play through Way of the Samurai 3 until you have collected 1,000 Samurai points. Samurai points are earned by completing quests for non-player characters, as well as performing well in battle. When you have reached 1,000 Samurai points, a pop-up notification will appear saying that dual-wield stance has been unlocked.

  Purchase a second sword if you do not already own one. Swords can be bought at any of the many item shops that are scattered throughout the game.

  Press start, and then enter into the sword menu. Here, you will need to select the sword that is not currently equipped on your character, and equip it to be dual-wielded. Press start again to return to the game after equipping your second sword.

  Hold the draw sword button in order to dual-wield both of the equipped swords for battle. Simply press the draw sword button once to draw only one sword.
