How to Sync Assassin's Creed to PSP

When you complete both the PlayStation 3 and PSP versions of the video game "Assassin's Creed" you can sync the two copies and unlock new items in each. This is accomplished by physically connecting a Sony PSP to a PlayStation 3 via USB cable. Once connected, you must go to a very specific screen within the two games and enable syncing.

Instructions

  Connect a PSP to a PS3 using the PSP's USB linking cable. Connect the cable to the input on the top of the PSP and to one of the inputs on the front of the PS3.

  Turn on both platforms. Insert "Assassin's Creed 2" in the PlayStation 3 and "Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines" in the PSP. Allow both games to load.

  Select "Continue" on the Sony PSP and select "Upgrades." Choose "Connect."

  Choose "Extras" from the main menu of the PlayStation 3. Select "Connectivity." Choose the "Yes" option to sync the PSP version of "Assassin's Creed" with the PlayStation 3 version of the game.
