How to Switch HDMI to a Cable Line Manually on the PS3

The PlayStation 3 video game console allows you to connect the device to your television using either an HDMI cable, component cables, an S-Video cable or composite cables. The console has a dedicated HDMI output on the back, as well as an AV output jack that allows for all other types of connections. The AV output jack requires a proprietary connector that converts the signal to component, S-Video or composite. The cables are available for purchase on the Internet, from the Sony web store and from many electronic equipment retailers.
