How to Copy a Level on Little Big Planet

One of the many features available to players of the game "Little Big Planet" on the PlayStation 3 is the ability to download new levels from the Internet. These levels are created by the "Little Big Planet" community all over the world. Certain levels can be copied, which means that you can save them to your own player profile and make any changes you desire from within the game.

Instructions

  Insert your "Little Big Planet" game disc into your PlayStation 3. Allow the disc to load to the game's main menu. The main menu features the game's main character, Sackboy, standing in front of a virtual Dual Shock 3 controller.

  Use the left analog stick on your real game controller to move Sackboy over to the virtual controller on screen. Select the virtual controller with the "Square" button on your real controller.

  Use the left analog stick to select the level you want to copy. Not all community-created levels in "Little Big Planet" can be copied. In order to copy a level it must have the "Copy" option beneath the level description.

  Highlight the "Copy" option and select it with the "X" button on your controller. This will copy the level and all associated files, allowing you to open it up in the level editor and make changes if necessary.
