How to Find a Tank on GTA IV

"Grand Theft Auto IV" for the PlayStation 3 is slightly more realistic than the previous games in the series. Tanks in previous games resembled a military tank, but the tank in "Grand Theft Auto IV" is more of an armored assault vehicle and is used by Liberty City police when your threat level raises to a certain point.

Instructions

  Press the "Up" arrow button on your controller at any time during the game to bring up your character Niko's cell phone.

  Select "Dial." Type "2675550150" into the cell phone and select "Send." This will add one star to Niko's on-screen wanted level.

  Repeat steps 1 and 2 five more times. This will bring Niko's wanted level to six stars, the level at which tanks begin to appear. S.W.A.T. vehicles, armored cars, police and FBI agents will immediately flock to Niko's location. Run over to an armored tank and press the "Triangle" button to try to get inside it before you are gunned down.
