How to Get Inside GNR in Fallout 3

While traveling through the wastelands of "Fallout 3," you have the option to tune into a number of different radio stations, including GNR --- Galaxy News Radio. Throughout the course of the game your character discovers that Three Dog, the DJ that hosts the radio show for GNR, has information about your missing father. In order to continue your quest, you must gain access to GNR headquarters and find out what Three Dog has to say, but several obstacles stand in your way.

Instructions

- 1
  Travel from Megaton to the Farrugut West Metro Station. If accessing Galaxy News Radio is your current objective, you will see an arrow on your compass that will lead you in the direction of Farrugut West Metro Station.

  Enter the station and proceed through the tunnels until you get to the exit at Chevy Chase North. Again, your compass will guide you through the tunnels. You will have to fight several Ghouls along the way.

  Exit the tunnels and head south toward GNR. You will soon come across a gang of Super Mutants fighting against a squadron of Brotherhood of Steel soldiers. Help the soldiers defeat the Super Mutants.

  Talk to the soldiers until you meet Sentinel Lyons. She will allow you to follow the squadron back to GNR headquarters. Travel with the Brotherhood of Steel soldiers, picking off Super Mutants as you go.

  Help the Brotherhood of Steel defeat the Behemoth in the plaza in front of the GNR building. The best strategy is to stay at a distance from the Behemoth and fire explosives at him.

  Talk to Sentinel Lyons after the Behemoth has been killed. She will grant you access to the GNR building.
- 7
  Speak into the intercom to be let inside the building.
