How to Make a Hot Tub in Little Big Planet

"Little Big Planet" is a creation game where players can create and manipulate their own levels. Players can then publish their creations online for others to experience and enjoy. In the "Pirates of the Caribbean Premium Level Kit," water is an additional creation option for players to use, opening up new level design possibilities. You can now create swimming pools, hot tubs or completely underwater stages.

Instructions

  Load "Little Big Planet" and select the "MyMoon" option from the main menu.

  Select to create a new level or an already existing stage to edit.

  Open your "Popit Menu" by pressing "Square" and select your goodies bag. Choose a material and select the block shape, then cover the bottom portion of your stage with the material to create the flooring.

  Press the "Triangle" button to cut out the shape of your hot tub from the floor material. Cut out a slightly larger tub than you actually want.

  Open your "Popit" menu and select a new material to make the lining of the hot tub, such as granite or wood, and choose the construction shape. Fill in the cut-out portion from Step 4 with the new material, making the outline of your hot tub.

  Open your "Popit" and select the tools bag. Scroll to the "Global Controls" tab and select the water settings.

  Move the water slider up to add water to your level. It will fill up the lowest part of your stage first, which should be the hot tub. Once the hot tub is full, stop sliding the bar.

  Change the color and opacity of the water to make it appear hot and bubbling. Save your stage and enter play mode, where you can test out your new hot tub.
