How to Configure Netflix to PS3

Since 2009, Netflix has joined forces with Sony to allow owners of the PlayStation 3 to stream Netflix's "Watch Instantly" service on their gaming system. Owners of this system can stream selections from their Instant Queue on their gaming system and television without having to sit in front of the computer. Once you are a member of Netflix, it is easy to set it up to stream from your PS3.

Instructions

  Turn on your PS3 and connect to the Internet via the PlayStation Network.

  Click on the "Video" icon from the PS3 XMB main menu and then click on the "Netflix" icon.

  Download the program and wait for it to connect. Once downloaded, you will receive an authorization code.

  Sign into your Netflix account from your home computer. Click on the "Watch Instantly" tab and then "Instantly to your TV".

  Enter the authorization code in the box provided in the middle of the page.

  Wait for your television to load your Watch Instantly queue. Now you will have immediate access to your queue every time you click on the Netflix icon.
