Get Bizarro onto the ground. During the beginning of the fight, Bizarro will immediately take to the air and begin to fly away. As Superman, chase him through Metropolis and cause as much damage as you can either by ramming him or by using your heat vision. When Bizarro falls to the ground, move to his location and pummel him with your fists until he gets back up and flies away. Repeat this process until Bizarro no longer takes to the air.
Use your heat vision on Bizarro while he's on the ground. This will cause him to use his own heat vision in retaliation, blocking your attack. At this point a series of controller button symbols will appear on screen. Press each button as its symbol appears. After a few button presses, your heat vision will break through Bizarro's attack, hurting him.
Repeat the scenario an additional two times. In between heat vision battles, Bizarro may take to the air again; follow him and get him back on the ground. Once you complete the third heat vision battle, you will have successfully saved Metropolis from Bizarro.
