Click on the "Start" button on your desktop and select "All Programs." Open the "Accessories" folder and select "Command Prompt."
Type "ipconfig" into the text box at the bottom of the command prompt window and press "Enter" on your keyboard. Your "Default Gateway" will display. Write it down.
Open up your Internet browser and type the Default Gateway into the address bar. Press "Enter" on your keyboard. Enter the username and password for your router. This can sometimes be found printed on the bottom of your router.
Select the "Application and Gaming" option from the navigation bar at the top of the window then select "Port Range Forwarding."
Begin typing in the ports by entering the application name, start port, end port and the type of protocol. The tick the enable box at the end of the line. Enter each ports below into the boxes:
Port 1. Start: 80; End: 80; Protocol: Both
Port 2. Start: 443; End: 433; Protocol: Both
Port 3. Start: 5223; End: 5223; Protocol: Both
Port 4. Start: 3478; End: 3478; Protocol: Both
Port 5. Start; 3658; End: 3658; Protocol: Both
Click on the "Save Settings" button to confirm your changes.
