How to Link My Square Account With My PS3 Profile

When you purchase certain video games, such as "Final Fantasy XIII," that are released by developer Square Enix, you are asked to register those games online. Registration involves setting up a Square Enix account on the company's website. You can then go one step further and link your PlayStation 3 profile with your Square Enix account, keeping all relevant information in one place.

Instructions

  Open your Web browser and visit the Square Enix account utility at the company's website (www.square-enix.com).

  Click the blue button labeled "Square Enix Account Management System."

  Type your Square Enix user name and password into the boxes. Click "Log In" to log into your account.

  Click on the "Link Settings" option from the column on the left side of the screen. Click the "Add a Link" option, and then click "Next."

  Click on "PlayOnline" from the list of services on screen. Click "Next." Type your PlayStation 3 user name and password into the boxes and click "Next" to link your Square Enix account with your PS3 profile.
