How Can I Get to Play as the Joker in Batman: Arkham Asylum?

"Batman: Arkham Asylum" was released for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC in 2009. However, the Joker was exclusive to the PlayStation 3 as a playable character in the game's "Challenge" mode -- though the Joker is not included on the "Batman: Arkham Aslyum" disc. In order to use him, you must first download the Joker from the PlayStation Store. A broadband connection is required to access the PlayStation Store on the PlayStation 3.

     Download the "Joker" downloadable content from the PlayStation Store, located on the main menu of the PlayStation 3. The content pack is free and will automatically install once the download is finished.

     Launch "Batman: Arkham Asylum."

     Select "Challenge Mode" from the main menu.

     Select the Joker from the playable characters list. The Joker controls the same as Batman, though he does not have a grappling hook.
