How to Transfer Information From a PS2 to a PS3 by USB

If you have one of the rare models of the PlayStation 3 that is backwards compatible with PlayStation 2 games, you may find it helpful to transfer your PS2 game data to the PS3's hard drive so you can pick up where you left off in any of your PS2 games. Since the PS3 only has USB ports and no memory card slots, you must purchase a special Memory Card Adaptor for your console -- these are available at most electronics and video game stores.
