How to Get Multiple Skins on a PSN

The skins you can download from the PlayStation Network are designed to change the look of your PlayStation 3 gaming console. For example, a skin that has a "Metal Gear Solid 4" theme will change your background, adjust console colors and use fonts reminiscent of the video game of the same name. You can get multiple skins from a single PlayStation Network account using an application built into the PS3.

  Turn on your PlayStation 3.

  Open the PlayStation Store on your video game console by selecting "PlayStation Network" followed by "PlayStation Store."

  Type in the name of the skin or the name of the game the skin is based on into the "Search" box with your controller. Select "Add to Cart" on the product page.

  Select the "Shopping Cart" icon at the top of the PlayStation Store. Most skins and themes for the PlayStation 3 will be free, but some cost money. The price of the skin or theme will be displayed on screen.

  Select "Proceed to Checkout." Choose "Confirm Purchase." If your skin costs money, your card will be charged and the skin will be downloaded. Repeat this process for any other skins you want to download.
