How to Delete Netflix From My PS3

The PlayStation Network Store on the PlayStation 3 lets users download applications and a host of other media. Netflix is one of the most popular applications, giving those with a Netflix account the ability to watch content available as part of Netflix's Watch Instantly package using the app on their console. If the Netflix app is taking up space on your hard drive and you want to free up space, or if you no longer use the app, you can delete the app from your system.

     Turn on the PS3. Press the "PS" button on your controller after the system boots up to open a menu.

     Scroll to the left or right to highlight "Video."

     Scroll down to highlight the "Netflix" app.

   • 4

     Press the "Triangle" button to open a list of options next to the Netflix app.

   • 5

     Select "Delete" and confirm the app's removal in the dialog box that appears.
