How to Change a Dualshock 3 Shape

The DualShock 3 is the official Sony controller included with all PlayStation 3 models. For some, the "R2" and "L2" trigger buttons may not be ideal, as the triggers curve downward and your fingers can slip off easily as you push the buttons down. You can change the shape of these buttons by using the Gioteck RealTrigger add-on. Attaching the RealTriggers to your Dualshock 3 changes the shape of the trigger buttons, curving them upwards.

     Align the RealTriggers so they are facing the same way as the "R2" and "L2" buttons, with the numbers facing outwards.

     Attach the first RealTrigger by pressing it firmly down on either of the DualShock 3 trigger buttons. The RealTrigger will make a snapping sound when it is securely in place.

     Attach the other RealTrigger. Once complete, your DualShock 3 trigger shapes have been modified and your controller is ready to play.
