How to Change Your Guitar Hero Controller Into a Wireless

"Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock" was released for the PlayStation 3 in 2010. When first using the wireless guitar, new players might be confused that the guitar will not connect to the PlayStation 3 immediately. To use the wireless guitar with your copy of Guitar Hero, you will need to utilize the wireless dongle that ships with with your "Warriors of Rock" guitar.

  Turn on your PlayStation 3 and insert the "Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock" disc.

  Plug the wireless dongle into the first USB slot on your PlayStation 3.

  Press the signal button on the front of the wireless dongle.

  Press the wireless button on the front of your PlayStation 3 wireless guitar. The guitar will sync with your PS3.

  Select the "Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock" icon from the "Game" menu of your PS3. The game will start, and the guitar will be usable within the game.
