How to Change a PSN Account

A PlayStation Network account allows users to connect with each other and access all the online media and applications the PSN has to offer. When you are logged in to the PlayStation Network on a Sony gaming device like the PSP or the PlayStation 3, you are able to interact with the network through your personal account. You can change the PSN account associated with any Sony gaming console by logging out of the account, then signing in as another user.

     Scroll to the "PlayStation Network" icon on your console's home screen.

     Select the "Account Management" option, then press the "Triangle" button on your control pad.

     Select "Sign Out" from the options menu that appears. This action will log you out of the current PSN account.

     Select "Sign In," then enter the login information for the PSN account you want to sign in to.

     Select the "Sign In" button to log in to the new account.
