How to Add Music to Burnout Paradise

"Burnout Paradise" is an action car game for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox platforms. The game guides you through more than 400 challenges and offers four online playing modes. The game offers customizable options, including using previously downloaded content from your own machine. "Burnout Paradise" allows access a custom soundtrack from songs already existing in your machine's music library with just a few clicks on your remote.

Instructions

  1. PS3

    • 1

Go to the Easy Drive menu using the "D" button on your remote. This will take you to the screen where you can customize the options for the game.

    • 2

Go to the bottom of the screen and select "Sound Track." Press right to access "Custom" select and then press right again. This will take you to your playlists already downloaded onto your PS3.

    • 3

Select the music you would like to listen to while playing the game. If you have not previously downloaded music, you can use BeeMP3 to gain access to free music downloads. Select songs that you want to hear and save the file to your PS3 hard drive.

    Xbox

    • 4

Go to the EA Trax option menu at the title screen. Go into the soundtrack section and deselect all songs to keep them from playing.

    • 5

Turn down the music volume in the audio menu. This will eliminate the possibility of the game's soundtrack from playing during your game. The option menu on the Xbox does not allow you to create a customizable soundtrack for this game.

    • 6

Use Xbox's built-in music player, which is available through the in-game dashboard. This option is available for most games, not just "Burnout Paradise."
