Travel to the Groznyj Grad Weapons Lab. Enter the East Wing area and open all the lockers. You will be able to find a maintenance worker uniform in one of the lockers. The enemy guards will not attack you if you wear this outfit.
Defeat The End using only your sniper rifle. He is an expert sniper, so make sure to keep moving to dodge his attack. When you win the battle, you will be rewarded with his moss camouflage uniform. Another way to get the costume is to sneak up behind him and point your pistol so that your character says "freeze." Do this at least three times to acquire the moss uniform.
Kill all 64 Kerotan frogs in the game. They are scattered throughout the jungles and caverns in the game so look carefully at your environment. When you kill all the frogs, you will be rewarded with a stealth camouflage uniform.
Locate the snow camouflage uniform in Chyornaya Peschera Cave. You will be able to find it sitting unguarded on the right-hand branch of a tree before facing The Pain.
Defeat The Sorrow. Simply walk up the river and let the spirits float past you. Once you reach the end of the river you will find a body on the ground. Touch the body and the mission will end and you will find the spirit uniform in your inventory.
Locate the Fly uniform in the building where Granin is located. Travel to the second floor and search for the third bathroom stall. You cannot open the stall so attack it. The stall will break down and you will find the uniform.
