How to Stream Windows Media Player to PS3

A PlayStation 3 connected to a home network can be used to share media between the video game console and a home computer equipped with Windows Media Player 12. Videos, music and photos can be streamed over a home network and displayed on a home theater connected to a PS3. Note that in order to enable home sharing between your PS3 and Windows Media Player 12-equipped PC, both devices must be connected to the same home network, either wirelessly or through an Ethernet connection. If necessary, Sony provides tutorials for connecting a PS3 to a home network.
