How to Connect a Nokia Bluetooth With a PS3

You can pair any Bluetooth headset with a PlayStation 3 game system, even your Nokia headset. Use this headset to talk to and listen to people while you are playing online games and to chat with PlayStation Network friends. The pairing process with the PS3 is similar your headset with a cell phone. The PS3 has a built-in Bluetooth chip, so there is no need for an adapter.

  Turn on the PS3 and one controller.

  Open ̶0;Accessory Settings̶1; and then ̶0;Register Bluetooth Device.̶1;

  Open ̶0;Register Headset/Microphone/Headphones.̶1;

  Press the large outer button on the Nokia Bluetooth headset until the LED lights up. This sets the headset into pairing mode.

  Choose ̶0;Start Scanning̶1; on the system.

  Select the headset from the list of in-range Bluetooth devices.

  Input the pairing code for the headset, which is ̶0;0000,̶1; to finish pairing the device.

  Choose ̶0;Audio Device Settings̶1; in ̶0;Accessory Settings.̶1;

  Change your ̶0;Input Device̶1; and ̶0;Output Device̶1; to the Nokia Bluetooth name to enable the sound and microphone to the headset.
