Instructions
Download the "Red Kawa" installer from the link in Resource 1. Double-click the installer to begin installing the program. The installer displays detailed instructions on how to complete each step of the installation.
Double-click the "File Server" icon the installer created on your Desktop, then click the "Launch File Server" button. This opens an Internet browser window containing the program interface.
Click "Settings" at the bottom of the page.
Type the file path of a folder that will be shared with your PS3 into the "Add Directory" text field and click the "Add Directory" button. Your "Documents and Settings" folder is shared by default.
Right-click on the network connection icon on the right side of the Windows taskbar, then click "Open Network and Sharing Center" from the menu.
Click the active connection named beside "Connection" on the right side of the window about a third of the way down.
Click the "Details..." button in the window that pops up. Write down the IP address listed on the fifth row, beside "IPv4 Address."
Navigate to the "Network" column of the PS3 main menu and select "Internet Browser."
Press the "Start" button. Enter the IP address you wrote down using the on-screen keyboard that pops up. Select "Enter" to connect to the file server.
Select the folder containing the files you wish to read on your PS3 and select the file you wish to read on your PS3. The PS3 then copies the file to its hard drive; you can now view it normally.
