  Insert your PCI TV tuner into an open PCI slot on your computer. Insert your TV coaxial cable into the tuner port.

  Download and install "Nero MediaHome" from the resource section of this guide.

  Open Nero MediaHome and you will be brought through the setup wizard. Select your TV tuner from the list of tuners. Click "OK" and click "Scan for Channels." You will be shown the channels available for streaming with MediaHome.

  Click the "Start" button and click (should this be open, sted click?) "Nero Media Server" from the list of programs installed on your computer. Click the "Nero Media Server" notification icon on the lower right corner of the computer screen and click "Enable TV Streaming" from the menu that appears. Click "Start" to begin streaming through your home network.

  Browse through the PlayStation 3 main menu and go into the video section. You will now see the Nero MediaHome server application has been installed on the PS3. Select the MediaHome program and select a channel to stream.

  Download and install "PlayOn" from the resource section of this guide. It will begin to run automatically after the install is complete.

  Select "PlayOn" from the video section of the PS3. Select the channel you want to stream and choose a show or date to view a list of available videos.

  Select the video you want to watch and it will begin streaming from your computer to your PS3. The list will include many popular TV series, which are updated with new episodes only hours after their live broadcasting.
