Instructions
Turn on your PS3 and access your console's cross menu bar. Scroll to the "Settings" option and then into "Accessories."
Select the option titled "Manage Bluetooth Devices." When it asks if you want to register a Bluetooth device, pick "Yes."
Select the option called "Start Scanning." Activate your headset in its pairing mode. Each Bluetooth device has its own method of entering into pairing mode. Consult your headset's instruction manual.
Select the device when it shows up on the screen. The next window will prompt you for a pass key.
Put in "0000" as the pass key (without the quotation marks). Press enter. The words "Register complete" will confirm the headset installation.
Navigate back into the "Accessories" menu and select "Audio Device Settings." Go to "Input Audio Device" and set it to your Bluetooth headset. Do the same for "Output Audio Device." Speak into your headset to test the microphone volume. Adjust the volume and press "OK" to save your changes.
