How to Unlock Players on PlayStation 2 Mortal Kombat Games for a PlayStation 3

Unlock characters in "Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance" by earning enough gold, jade, onyx, platinum, ruby and sapphire coins, and selecting the right koffins in "The Krypt." Earning 5,314 Gold koins and selecting koffins AA, BQ, ML and UB will unlock Frost, Kitana, Quan Chi and Shang Tsung. Earning 7,991 Jade koins and selecting koffins AR, QX, RD and SQ will unlock Drahnim, Hsu Nao, Mavado, Nitara and Scorpion. Earn 1,200 Onyx koins and select koffin PH for Bo Rai Cho. Using 1,435 Platinum koins on the koffin YM will unlock Kenshi. Use Ruby 7,597 koins on coffins DK, JR, SH, YJ and ZM will unlock Jax, Johnny Cage, Kung Lao, Raiden and Sonya. Use 8,146 Sapphire koins on koffins BD, KX, XO, YA and ZW to unlock Cyrax, Kano, Li Mei, Reptile and Sub-Zero.

Finish Konquest mode while opening all the treasure chests along the way to unlock most of the characters for "Mortal Kombat: Deception." This will unlock Havik, Hotaru, Kenshi, Kira, Li Mei, Liu Kang, Raiden, Shujinko, Sindel and Tanya. Jade can be unlocked by spending 2,417 Jade koins on koffin OI in "The Krypt." The Noob-Smoke combination will be unlocked by spending 3,642 Onyx Koins in "The Krypt."

Complete Konquest mode while collecting at least 50 relic items in "Mortal Kombat: Armageddon" to unlock all four characters. The characters unlocked are Blaze, Daegon, Meat and Taven.
