Make sure there is no Ethernet cable connected to your PS3 and then turn on the system. Click on the ̶0;Settings̶1; option by pressing the ̶0;X̶1; button on your controller.
Select the ̶0;Network Settings̶1; option, and then select ̶0;Internet Connection Settings̶1; option. Select the ̶0;Yes̶1; option from the Confirmation screen and then select the ̶0;Easy̶1; option.
Select the ̶0;Wireless̶1; option and then select the ̶0;Scan̶1; option to display a list of wireless access points. Find the access point for your wireless connection and select it by pressing the ̶0;X̶1; button.
Select the ̶0;SSID̶1; option for your connection and then select the ̶0;WEP̶1; option. Enter the encryption key for your connection and then press the ̶0;Start̶1; button on your controller when you̵7;re done.
Select the ̶0;Save̶1; option to save your settings. Select the ̶0;Test Connection̶1; option to test your wireless connection. If the connection is successful then you can press the ̶0;X̶1; button and access the Internet on your PS3.
