How to Customize Characters in Saints Row 2

Saints Row 2 is an action game developed by Volition, Inc. and distributed by THQ for many systems, including the PlayStation 3. The game once again lets the player loose in the city of Stillwater, wreaking havoc in an attempt to liberate the city from the clutches of the Ultor cooperation. The game contains an extensive character customization mode, which is easy to access, as it is available at the beginning of the game.

Instructions

- 1
  Begin a new game. You will be treated to a cut-scene in which your character is revealed to be a prison inmate. After the cut-scene, the character customization begins.

  Choose from a list of presets to give you a starting point for customizing your character. Use the control pad to scroll through the list of presets and the "X" button to select the preset of your choice. Use the "Circle" button when finished to return to the main customization menu.

  Adjust your character's body type. You can adjust body shape, muscularity, width, height and skin color. Scroll through the attributes with the control pad and select which ones you would like to adjust with the "X" button. Use the control pad to adjust the features in each attribute. Use the "Circle" button when finished to return to the main customization menu.

  Adjust your character's facial features. You can adjust the forehead, brow, eyes, eye color, ears, cheekbones, nose and mouth.

  Adjust your character's hair. You can adjust the haircut, facial hair styles and the color of the hair.

  Adjust your character's make-up. You can give your character any variety of eye-shadow, eyeliner and lipstick in many colors.

  Adjust your character's personality. This will affect the way your character walks, along with the expression you character usually has.

  Select the "Start Game" option with the "X" button when you are done customizing your character.

  Walk into any clothes store in the game if you want to change your character's clothing. Any clothing you buy will be added to your wardrobe.
