There are no hard and fast rules about how often you should clean your PS3. But take into consideration how dusty it gets around your console. If dust is piling up on the outside, it is more likely to build up on the inside.

• Microfiber cloth
• Vacuum with hose attachment

     Dust outside of console as well as along the vents with a soft microfiber cloth. Do not use paper towels or tissues because these can scratch the unit.

     Turn off and unplug your PS3. Allow the unit to cool down for about an hour before continuing.

     Run vacuum hose attachment or a small handheld vacuum over and along vents to remove any dust that may have built up inside your PS3.
