How to Connect the Ethernet Cable to My PS3

Although the Sony PlayStation 3 (PS3) includes support for wireless Internet access, many gamers may prefer to connect it using Ethernet in an attempt to avoid lag during fast-paced games. The PS3 is able to configure itself for Internet access for most types of connections, and features a rear-mounted Ethernet port. Connect your PS3 to your broadband modem or router to connect it to the Internet via Ethernet.
