How to Reset the Audio and Video Settings on the PS3

When moving your PlayStation 3 from one television to another, the audio settings will stay on the previous TV. That makes for some issues when you plug it into the new one. This is particularly a problem when going from a Hi-definition source to a standard source. Luckily, there is a simple fix to reset the audio and video to the default settings, and from there, you can reconfigure them to your preference.
