  Log into your Netflix account and request the PS3 Instant Watch disc. Netflix will mail the disc directly to your home and email you when the disc ships.

  Place the disc in your PS3 and follow the prompts on the screen. Do not remove the disc from the PS3. The disc is required in order to play the movies.

  Log into your Netflix account and enter the PS3 code at the prompt. If the code does not activate the PS3 account, call the Netflix help desk, and they will activate the account for you.

  Select instant watch movies and add them to your instant queue.

  Using the PS3 controller, navigate to the Netflix option on your television and select a movie to view, then sit back and enjoy the show.
