Things You'll Need
Instructions
Insert the mini end of the USB charging cable into the top of the Jabra headset. The other other of the USB cord should be plugged into one of the USB outlets of your PlayStation 3.
Power on the PlayStation 3, and the Jabra headset will also power on. Allow the headset to charge for two hours or until the light switches off. You must have your PS3 on during this time to charge the headset.
Remove the headset from USB charging cable and power off it off. You can keep the cable attached to your PS3 as it will work to charge both the headset and any PS3 controllers you own.
Navigate on your PS3 cross media bar to the far left menu labeled "Settings." Scroll down on this menu until you reach "Accessory Settings." Then, select "Register Bluetooth Device" and then "Register Headset."
Press and hold the center button on your Jabra headset for five seconds. The light will come on and turn blue, signaling that the device is searching for a Bluetooth pairing point. On your PS3, choose the option "Start Scanning."
Select the headset when it appears on your television screen. You will be prompted to enter a pass key. Enter four zeroes as your key and the device will be usable on the PS3.
Go to "Accessory Settings" on the PS3 and choose "Audio Device Settings." Place the earpiece into your ear and adjust the microphone and sound volume by moving the bars that appear on your TV screen.
Start any game that supports a headset, such as Warhawk or Uncharted 2, and power on your headset. When you enter multiplayer mode, your headset will automatically be detected by the game and you can use it to chat with others.
