The Sony PlayStation 3 (PS3) is a powerful gaming system equipped to output high-definition (HD) graphics to your television. Some HDTVs, especially older ones, suffer from an effect known as "burn-in." Burn-in is an effect of displaying the same image for too long on your television, such as when you leave your game paused. Thankfully, Sony's PS3 has a solution for this in the form of a screensaver. Screensavers not only protect your television, but also use much less power while operating, saving you money on your electricity bill.
