Instructions
Locate a game that is compatible with the analog function of your controller. These games will be designated by a symbol of an analog controller on the back of their cases.
Place the game inside your PlayStation.
Plug your Dual Shock Controller into the first player slot of your PlayStation.
Turn your PlayStation on.
Wait for the game to load its title screen.
Locate, in the center of your controller, the rectangular button with a small light above it.
Press this button until the small light becomes red. This will activate the analog sticks of your controller.
Read the game's instruction manual for details on the game's controls. Traditionally, the left stick is used for movement and the right is used for other functions such as aiming a weapon or adjusting the speed of a vehicle.
