Fujin
Fujin is a friend of Seifer's and a member of the Balamb Garden's Disciplinary Committee. She is named after the Japanese god of wind and her wind-based magic attacks are a reference to her namesake. She is identified by her silver hair, black eye patch and short, one word sentences.
Boss Appearances and Stats
Fujin appears as a boss twice throughout the course of the game. The first battle takes place inside the town of Balamb and the second battle takes place at the Lunatic Pandora. She fights alongside Raijin in both appearances. During the first appearance, she is level one and has 300 HP and, during the second appearance, she is level 29 and has 8700 HP. During both appearances, she is weak against poison and absorbs wind-based attacks.
Raijin
Raijin is the third member of the Balamb Garden's Disciplinary Committee, alongside Fujin and Seifer. He is named after the Japanese god of lightning and he uses a number of lightning-based attacks against the player. Raijin is identified by his blue vest and the large staff that he uses as a weapon.
Boss Appearances and Stats
Raijin appears as a boss three times throughout the course of the game. The first battle takes place in Balamb, where Raijin is assisted by two Galbadian soldiers. Immediately after the first appearance, Raijin appears again, only this time alongside Fujin. Raijin's third appearance comes at Lunatic Pandora, also alongside Fujin. During the first two battles, Raijin is level one and has 400 HP. During the final confrontation, however, he is level 29 and has 11600 HP. During all three encounters, Raijin is weak against poison and absorbs lightning-based attacks.
