How to Put Digimon to Sleep in Digimon World

"Digimon World" is a PlayStation video game that lets players choose and raise a pet Digimon from a young age to a fully evolved Digimon. To ensure your Digimon reaches adulthood, you must promptly attend to its needs, one of which is sleeping. Attending to a tired Digimon is crucial to prevent illness and to help it level up.

  Watch for a bubble to appear above your Digimon's head. This bubble shows what your Digimon wants. Keeping your Digimon happy and healthy will prolong its life.

  Press the triangle button when a bubble with "ZZZ" appears over the Digimon.

  Select "Sleep" from the list of options that appears. Do not attempt to keep training your Digimon when it's tired, or it may not evolve into a healthy Digimon. Heal your Digimon if they are injured by selecting a medicine from your item list before putting them to sleep. This ensures they won't fall ill while sleeping.
